1. What this policy covers
This policy explains how Red Rock Aerial Works LLC (“we,” “us”) handles information collected through this website, information our clients give us to book and run a job, and images and data our drones capture during flights — including images of people and property that are not our clients.
2. Information we collect online
Through our quote request form, email, and phone we collect the information you choose to give us:
- Your name, email address, and phone number;
- The service you are interested in;
- The site location — an address, cross streets, or parcel number (APN) — and project details you describe.
Our web host automatically records standard server logs when anyone visits the site, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the date and time. We do not ask for, and you should not send us through the form, sensitive information such as Social Security, driver’s license, or financial account numbers.
3. How we use it
- To respond to your request, prepare a quote, and communicate about your job;
- To plan the flight — the site location is checked against airspace, flight restrictions, and terrain, and may be included in FAA authorization requests;
- To deliver files, invoice, and keep business, insurance, and tax records;
- To keep the website secure and working, and to comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your information for advertising networks, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.
5. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics tags, social-media pixels, or other third-party tracking. No third party collects information through this site about your online activities over time or across other websites. If that changes, we will update this policy before the change takes effect.
6. Aerial imagery, bystanders, and neighbors
Drone cameras see a wide area, so neighboring buildings, yards, vehicles, and passers-by can appear incidentally in imagery of a client’s site. We take these steps to protect the privacy of people who are not our clients:
- We fly the client’s site, not the neighborhood. Flight paths and camera angles are planned to keep the frame on the client’s property, and we do not hover over or linger above neighboring yards.
- We never target people. We do not follow, track, or identify individuals, photograph into windows or enclosed private spaces, or record audio of conversations.
- Published imagery is cleaned up. Before any image appears on our website, portfolio, or social media, we blur faces, license plates, and house numbers of people who are not our clients.
- Neighbors can opt out. If you do not want our aircraft flying over your property below 250 feet, tell us and we will honor it.
- Removal requests. If you believe you or your property appears in imagery we have published, contact us and we will blur or remove it, normally within 10 business days. Imagery we have already delivered to a client belongs to that client; we will pass your request on to them and confirm that we did.
Our aircraft broadcast Remote ID as the FAA requires, so the aircraft’s identity and location, and the location of the pilot’s control station, can be seen by FAA-compliant receivers during flight.
7. How long we keep data
- Quote requests that don’t become jobs: deleted within 12 months.
- Client contact and job records: kept as long as needed for business, tax, and insurance records.
- Raw footage, outtakes, and unprocessed data: deleted within 12 months after delivery, unless the client’s quote says otherwise.
- Final deliverables: a courtesy copy is kept for 12 months after delivery.
- Flight logs and airspace authorizations: kept as long as needed for safety, regulatory, and insurance purposes.
We may keep information longer when the law requires it or to preserve evidence for an active claim.
8. Reviewing and changing your information
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@red-rock-aerial-works.com. We will confirm your request and respond within 30 days. We may keep records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices.
9. Nevada residents: no sale of information
We do not sell personal information, and we have no plans to. Nevada consumers may still submit a verified request directing us not to sell the covered information we collect about them. Send it to our designated request address, info@red-rock-aerial-works.com, with “Nevada opt-out” in the subject line; we will respond within 60 days.
10. Security
We use reasonable safeguards for the information we keep, including access-controlled accounts and encrypted file delivery. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
This website is intended for adults booking business services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the site.
12. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we post the new version on this page with a new effective date. If a change is material, we will also email active clients about it before it takes effect.
